ELECTRON BEAM CURABLE TONER, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND USE PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam curable toner composition suitable for graphic art and packages, and to provide a method for manufacturing the composition and its use process. SOLUTION: The process includes a step of irradiating toner with electron beam radiation, wherein the irradiation results in curing the toner and the electron beam radiation is generated by an electron beam curing system. The toner curing process includes a step of irradiating toner and is characterized in that the toner comprises at least one resin and at least one colorant and that the toner is generated by an emulsion aggregation coalescence method.
