PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion of a resin composition for adhesive capable of forming an adhesive composition having good adhesive force and holding force and excellent thermal yellowing resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of a resin composition for adhesive is produced by polymerizing (A) a radically polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated monomer in an aqueous medium in the presence of a surfactant wherein the polymerization is carried out in the presence of (B) a hydrogen peroxide solution as an essential component.
