PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an extrusion molded cement panel with an embossed pattern, which enables the formation of a sharp pattern, wherein ribs and embosses are compounded, difficult heretofore, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: When a slurry comprising a hydraulic material is extruded from a cap 21 to obtain an uncured green panel 23, the green panel 23 having ribs 33 preformed to its upper surface 23a is extruded from the cap 21 and an embossing means (endless embossing belt 37) having ridges 37b inserted in the gaps between the ribs 33 is subsequently brought into close contact with the green panel 23 at the downstream position in the extrusion direction from the cap 21 to impart a composite pattern of the ribs 33 and the embosses to the upper surface 23a of the green panel 23.
