<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health-promoting tool, using wood logged out of artificial forests that needs thinning out, as the base material, with a view to promoting the effective use of their wooden material, which not only has functions of stretching leg muscles and giving a finger-pressure effect on soles, as is seen in conventional footboard health promoting tools, but also brings the finger-pressure effect on the roots of the toes, aimed at further stimulating the pressure points for the brain and the eyes. <P>SOLUTION: A footboard (1) of this tool, which is strong and large enough to allow a user to stand on his/her feet thereon, is combined with a round bar (3) mounted on it to stimulate the soles. The footboard (1) can be tilted and held at some different angles in structure so as to have an effect of stretching his/her leg muscles. Also, its structure allows the user to grasp a top edge (9) of the footboard by his/her toes so as to bring a finger-pressure effect on the root areas of the toes.
