<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an uneven pattern, by which uneven patterns corresponding to user's request can be easily formed, and its device. <P>SOLUTION: The uneven pattern forming device 2 is provided with a thermal head 17 for locally heating a heat-sensitive recording sheet 10, and a fixing device 22 which radiates a near-ultraviolet-ray blue light of 320 to 450 nm at the light emission peak absorbed in a diazonium salt compound contained in the yellow heat-sensitive color developing layer 31 of the heat-sensitive recording sheet 10. The thermal head 17 heats the entire surface of the heat-sensitive recording sheet 10 with a heat energy of 110 to 140 mJ/mm<SP>2</SP>, portions other than the portions forming protrusions being locally heated and fixed. The nitrogen gas which is generated by photo-decomposing the diazonium salt compound contained in the yellow heat-sensitive color developing layer 31 due to the fixing, is expanded, causing the portions other than the portions locally heated with the thermal head 17 to expand to form the uneven patterns on the recording sheet 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
