PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transfer tube having two or more passages and hardly allowing water vapor to vaporize from the passages to the exterior, and provide a manufacturing method for stably manufacturing this liquid transfer tube. SOLUTION: The liquid transfer tube is shaped by extruding a flexible resin, and the circumference of the tube is covered with a resin. The tube has two or more hollow passages parallelly formed for allowing liquid to flow, and the thickness of the resin between the adjacent passages is same or smaller than the thickness of the resin between the passages and the outer circumference of the resin.
