PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize quick learning of concentration of purge gas with a simple structure in an evaporated fuel treatment device for an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: When evaporated fuel flows in a canister 4 or flows out of the canister 4 by operation of control valves 20, 26, a circulation flow passage for gas which consist of the canister and a bypass passage 14 is formed by switching communication conditions of each gas passage 8, 10, 12, 14 connected to the canister 4, and circulation flow of gas is generated in the circulation flow passage by operating the pump 16. Consequently, adsorption condition of evaporated fuel in the canister is equalized and unevenness of concentration of purge gas discharged from the canister 4 at a time of start of purge is eliminated.
