The braking system has an actuator (1) with a spring-loaded (19) tension rod (9') pulling on a pivoting (2') first lever (2). The end of the lever has a profile (12,12') interlocking with the hooked end (15,15') of the pivoted (3') second lever (3). The end of the second lever is pushed up to pull on a spring-loaded actuator rod (9) which is attached to the brake lever (11).
