PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-in head which can use regarding mandrel diameters in the wide range. SOLUTION: The pull-in head 100 is provided with a sleeve 108 screwed into a sleeve adapter 112, and a collet 128 is screwed with a pulling bar adapter 130, and the collect 128 and the pulling bar adapter 130 are arranged so as to be slidable in the sleeve 108. One set of jaws 136 are arranged in the collect 128, and a jaw-follower 162 is arranged in the collect 128 and brought into contact with the jaws 136. In the collect 128, a spring holding part 172 is arranged and engaged with two springs, and a first spring 174 has a higher class than a second spring 170 and is constituted so as to be suitable for the inertia load. To this first spring, the second spring 170 is constituted, with which the jaw 136 is closed so as to be comparatively easily overcome by inserting the mandrel 152 having a different diameter.
