PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an insert molded product whereby the number of production of defective articles can be reduced, the reliability in the quality can be enhanced and occurrence of shrinkage can be suppressed. SOLUTION: An ear hook component 1 for a headphone comprising a curved wire 2 coated by a first plastic member 3 and a second plastic member 4 by insert molding is configured such that both ends of the wire 2 are formed in a form of a taper 2a gradually getting smaller from a wire middle part toward the wire tip part.
