COIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor coil and its manufacturing method that easily increase a space factor. SOLUTION: The coil covers the one wound spirally edgewise on a long material 3 whose cross-section is flat. One end side of this long material 3 is wider but thinner than the other side and the cross-sectional area of the long material 3 is virtually constant over its longitudinal direction. This structure eliminates the stacked layers of the long material in the circumferential direction of a motor rotating shaft, and forms a single layer, which increases the space factor.
