PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of facilitating a user to process business messages and allowing the user to efficiently transmit and receive the business messages without being affected by external conditions such as resources or the like of a called party. SOLUTION: When a caller side apparatus discriminates that a possessor of a called party side apparatus is absent, the caller side apparatus stores a business message of a user delivered to the called party to an automatic recording data storage area (303) of a DRAM 103 of the caller side apparatus, stores identification information to an automatic recording pointer storage area (304) in cross-reference with the business message stored in the automatic recording data storage area (303), and transmits the identification information to the called side apparatus. The called side apparatus uses the identification information to extract the business message stored in the automatic recording data storage area (303) of the caller side apparatus.
