<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality for audio signals and stabilize synchronization between audio and video signals. <P>SOLUTION: Differences between write and read addresses in a memory part 102 are calculated by a signal synthesis part SUM, and data contents information BF is acquired. The information BF is compared in comparing parts C1 and C2 which have upper and lower thresholds. If the information BF is below the lower threshold, the contents are small, so that a read address is held only once and reading-out is repeated. On the other hand, if the information BF exceeds the upper threshold, the contents are large, so that a write address is held only once. Thereby, the stable amounts of data within a specified range is always maintained in the memory part 102, and also delay time between data input and output is stabilized within a range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
