PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact apparatus which is used at a small business office or the like where oily waste water is discharged, by which oily waste water can efficiently be transferred and cleaned by removing oil and waste sediment from oily waste water and which has a simple structure. SOLUTION: This oily waste water transferring apparatus is composed of a pressure discharge pipe whose discharge port is positioned on the water surface of an oily waste water storage tank and a vacuum suction pipe provided with a waste sediment sucking port positioned at the bottom of the oily waste water storage tank and a suspended oil sucking port with a baffle plate positioned on the water surface of the oily waste water storage tank. Two waste sediment sucking ports can be arranged on the vacuum suction pipe, one of which has the open surface opposed just to the bottom surface of the oily waste water storage tank and the other of which has the open surface opposed aslant to the bottom surface of the oily waste water storage tank.
