PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a juicer/grater assembly for providing both of a fruit juice and a fruit juice with fruit flesh and also served as a grater for grating the outside layer or skin of a citrus fruit. SOLUTION: A juicer/grater assembly (10) has an extractor (12) including at least one tab (30) radially extending and a strainer (14) including at least first holes (60) and second holes (64). The extractor is detachably fixed to the strainer at a first position at which the tab covers the first hole to allow extracted fruit juice to flow through the second hole, or a second position at which the tab covers the second hole to allow the fruit juice and fruit flesh to flow through the first hole.
