PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of film stability on a base material at a high temperature, that is film durability or heat resistance at a high temperature that is conventionally provided on the base material so as to have water and oil repellency on its surface by providing a siloxane film having an alkyl group or a fluoroalkyl group. SOLUTION: The base material is formed on its surface with a film having at least a siloxane bond and has a heat expansion coefficient of 7×10-7/K or less. In this construction, the heat resistance of the film is improved because the difference between the heat expansion coefficient of the film and that of the base material at a high temperature is small, that is the inner tension accumulated in the film having the siloxane bond on the surface of the base material is small.
