PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label presser device capable of charging a label continuous body and improving workability in charging the label continuous body without making the wound out label continuous body go under between the label presser device and a guide plate. SOLUTION: A label presser part 18 is suspended on a pair of supporting parts 28 respectively mounted on a position not making contact with the label continuous body 3 charged in a storage part 11on both side surfaces of an upper surface cover 22. A pair of the supporting parts 28 is axially supported between their both ends, and the label presser part 18 is axially installed on one end part of the supporting parts 28. A pair of the supporting parts 28 is constituted to be in a state free to revolve around a fulcrum as its center and to retreat the label presser part 18 to the side of the upper surface cover 22 in charging the roll type label continuous body 3 in the storage part 11.
