PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of performing an unified operation with game machines using other game media while using game balls as the game media and performing maintenance work or the like similarly to the other game machines. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine is provided with a hitting means 15 for hitting the stipulated hitting number of the game balls for each unit game and is constituted so as to recover the game balls hit into a game area 24 to an island side. Also, the pinball game machine is provided with a game ball fetch means 97 for fetching the game balls from a game ball storage means 7 to a recovery route side, a hitting ball supply means 57b for supplying the game balls from a supply route side different from a recovery route to the hitting means 15, and a game start means 128a for starting the unit game on condition that the stipulated feed number of the game balls are fetched by the game ball fetch means 97. The hitting ball supply means 57b is constituted so as to supply the game balls for an actual hit number for which the number of foul balls is added to the stipulated hit number for each unit game.
