PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical part loading module with which an optical axis misalignment hardly occurs and an optical part loading module. SOLUTION: A first adhesive 16 is dropped to a bottom 12a of a groove portion 12 of a trapezoidal shape formed at a silicon optical bench 11. A coupling lens 15 made of optical glass is thereafter mounted thereon and a base central part 15a of the coupling lens 15 is brought into contact with the first adhesive 16. When irradiated with UV rays (UV), the first adhesive 16 cures and can position and fix the coupling lens 15. Next, a second adhesive 17 is injected into a portion not filled with the first adhesive 16 in the space between the coupling lens 15 and the groove portion 12 and is irradiated with the UV rays to cure the adhesive.
