PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a working vehicle furnished with jack devices 3 with grounding plates mounting the grounding plates on lower end parts of jacks and jack devices 4 with rollers mounting the rollers on lower end parts of the jacks at four points at the front and the rear and on the left and the right of the vehicle 1 and devised to announce by an announcing means 22 when an inclination of the vehicle 1 inclines more than specified and the vehicle 1 is supported by the jack devices 4 with the rollers and not to announce when the vehicle 1 is supported by the jack devices with the grounding plates. SOLUTION: The control device of the working vehicle is constituted by arranging a selecting means 20 to select either one of the both jack devices, an inclination detection means 21 to detect the inclination of the vehicle 1 and an announcing means 22 to announce by receiving an announcing signal, and a control means 50 is constituted so that a selecting signal from the selecting means 20 selects the jack devices 4 with the rollers and outputs the announcing signal to the announcing means 22 in the case when an inclination signal from the inclination detection means 21 detects more than the specified inclination.
