GARBAGE TREATING MACHINE AND ITS OPERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological garbage treating machine which can be used always properly over a long period of time and can cope with both of a high decomposition rate of garbage and a high deodorizing function.

SOLUTION: A decomposition tank 2 for decomposing garbage by a bacterium-based decomposing material A is constituted to have a closed space on the inside and the amount of the air to be discharged from the decomposition tank 2 by an exhaust fan 6 is made larger than the amount of the air to be supplied to the decomposition tank 2 by an air supply fan 5, so that the inside of the decomposition tank 2 can be kept in negative pressure.
