<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand which can react to a beam of light by optical sensor, maintaining a good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This display stand is provided with a transparent or translucent panel 14, having a display part 15 which displays, on the front side, images projected to the back side by a projector 1, which is set on a leg part 12, and on whose plane having prescribed distance from the surface a beam of light projected from the lower part by optical sensor passes, and a frame 13 which is installed at least upper part of the panel 14 and has a reflection part which retroreflects the beam of light.
