PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sandal to be used in a veranda or at a kitchen door from becoming dirty with dust or wet in rain. SOLUTION: Dome shape covers 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e are attached to a rotary shaft 2 of the sandal 1. The sandal 1 is connected to the dome shape cover 3a. A handle 5 integrated with a weight 6 is arranged in the dome shape cover 3e. Feeding ribs 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h, 4i in opening/closing are formed in each dome shape cover.
