<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant facility monitoring system for monitoring, at outside a monitoring room, abnormality happening in the facility within the plant and capable of continuing usual monitoring of the facility even in the case of temporary vacancy of a monitoring room due to field operation of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The plant facility monitoring system mainly comprises a monitoring information server (1) for transmitting facility abnormality information obtained by a operation monitoring device (9) to a terminal device (51) or a mobile terminal device (52) through the Internet, and a mobile terminal controller (3) for transferring, by radio communication, abnormality information transmitted from the monitoring information server together with a warning signal to each mobile terminal (6) of each of a plurality of the operators outside the monitoring room.
