PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an air outlet temperature difference substantially zero when air conditioning air of the same air volume is passed through the left and right of a heater core, in the heater core of a cooling cycle with carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. SOLUTION: The heater core 10 has a core part 20 of laminating a refrigerant flowing tube 21 and a cooing fin 22, and header tanks 30 and 40 respectively communicating with both end parts of the tube 21; and is constituted so that the core part 20 is divided into a plurality of paths with the predetermined number of tubes 21 as one path, and the refrigerant flows in order in the respective paths by turning back in the header tanks 30 and 40; and is constituted so that the tube number of the paths 2 and 4 for making the refrigerant flow in the opposite direction of the forward direction, is increased more than the tube number of the paths 1 and 3 for making the refrigerant flow in the same direction as the direction (hereinafter referred to as the forward direction) for making the refrigerant flow first in the core part 20.
