PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character information processor which can arrange character printing corresponding to brailling at a common arrangement part within a tape to look nice, and to provide an information processing method of a character information processor, a program and a storage medium.

SOLUTION: At the time of separately carrying out character printing and brailling to accommodate each of the character printing and brailling in a common processing region set within the same tape in common to both of the character printing based on inputted character information and the brailling corresponding to the character printing, a brailling part length necessary for the brailling is determined, and a printing part length necessary for the character printing is set. The brailling part length and the printing part length are compared with each other. A region length of the common processing region and the common processing region are set on the basis of the longer one.
