PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a vehicle by inexpensively and appropriately obtaining a drive pattern in order to drive the vehicle on time, and also to support the drive operation of a driver. SOLUTION: This drive pattern creation device comprises a drive pattern creation means that creates the drive pattern for retarding and stopping the vehicle on the basis of stop position information in front of the vehicle; an excess time division calculation means that calculates an excess time division that is a time difference between a preset programmed arrival time and a quickest arrival time, when the vehicle is made to travel at the highest speed with respect to a fixed point on a traveling road; and an on-time drive pattern creation means that creates an on-time drive pattern by inserting a zone, wherein a constant-speed drive is conducted into the drive pattern on the basis of the excess time division.
