<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shielding sheet for a tag that can concentrate a magnetic field and make a try pass without causing the loss of magnetic energy, and to provide a tag that uses it. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic shield sheet 10 is composed of a shielding layer 11. The shielding layer 11 is composed of a material having a large real part μ' of the complex ratio permeability μ. Thus, if this field layer 11 is placed in a magnetic field, magnetic lines of force are concentrated in it and pass through the shielding layer. As a result, if the magnetic shielding sheet 10 is used, the magnetic field is concentrated and made to pass, thereby preventing the magnetic field of one region partitioned by the magnetic field sheet 10 from leaking to the other region.
