摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic green sheet using a dielectric coating composition for hot melt coating improved so as to obtain a dielectric sheet having high strength capable of withstanding practical use as a thin-layered sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In manufacturing the ceramic green sheet by coating the surface of a support with the dielectric coating composition and drying the coated support, the dielectric coating composition contains a dielectric powder, a polyolefin resin, a surfactant with an HLB of 4-12 as a dispersant and a hydrocarbon solvent with a boiling point of 150-230&deg;C and, in the ratios of the respective components to 100 pts.wt. of the dielectric powder, the polyolefin resin is 6-12 pts.wt., the surfactant is 0.5-1.5 pts.wt. and the hydrocarbon solvent is 200-300 pts.wt. The viscosity of the dielectric coating composition measured at 130&deg;C using a Brookfield rotary viscometer is 50-150 cp. The dielectric coating composition is heated to a range of the temperature (T) prescribed in the formula (1): Tm-10&deg;C&le;T&le;Tm+20&deg;C (wherein Tm is the melting point (&deg;C) of the polyolefin resin) to be applied to the surface of the support by a hot melt coating method and the coated support is heated to the range of the temperature (T) prescribed in the formula (1) to be dried for 15 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
