PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise display stand used for displaying flat merchandise such as a book, CD, or LD with the front cover on the front side, and arbitrarily and easily corrected or changed in inclination angle of the displayed merchandise. SOLUTION: The merchandise display stand has a predetermined length between the lower end side and the upper end side extending in the right and left direction, and is composed of a back surface supporting plate inclined from the lower end side to the upper end side so that the upper end side is inclined toward the back side, a bottom surface supporting plate inserted into groove portions formed at the lower ends of the back surface supporting plate, and sliding horizontally on the lower side of the back surface supporting plate toward the back side and front side, and a front surface supporting plate raised on the front side of the bottom surface supporting plate.
