<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave transmission line and microwave filter which can be utilized in a higher frequency band using a metallic magnetic substance. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave transmission line 100 has a structure in which a grounding layer 12, an insulating layer 14, a magnetic layer 20, and a conductive layer 16 are laminated in this order on a semiconductor substrate 10. A strip line is formed of the insulating layer 14, the magnetic layer 20, and the conductive layer 16. The magnetic layer 20 is a laminated film holding a non-magnetic layer 22 between a ferromagnetic layer 21 and a ferromagnetic layer 23 and functions as an artificial anti-ferromagnetic substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
