PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of keeping the quality of a heated object by making the radicalized steam to act on odor generated from the heated object, the contamination of a heating chamber or floating bacteria. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises the heating chamber 3 for loading the heated object, a heating means 5, a steam generating means 8, a radical generating means 12 and a control means 13, and the radicalized steam is blown off into the heating chamber to act on the odor generated from the heated object, the contamination of the heating chamber and the bacteria, thus the quality of the heated object can be kept.
