<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording/reproducing device including an improved reel assembly having a more simplified structure in which the improvement in the assembly productivity, the reduction of manufacturing costs, and the miniaturization of the products can be realized by the reduction of the number of parts, and to provide a reel assembly braking method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic recording/reproducing device includes: a lower disk rotatably held by a stationary shaft provided to a deck; an upper disk connected to the upper part of the lower disk, rotatably installed on the stationary shaft so as to be rotated therewith, and combined with the tape reel of a tape cassette; a disk gear provided between the upper disk and the lower disk and receiving the transmission of power from a driving source provided on the deck so as to be rotated; and a frictional member provided between the lower disk and the deck so as to be brought into contact with the lower disk and the deck. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
