PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for chemical dissipation, with which a chemical such as insecticidal pheromone is efficiently dissipated. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for chemical dissipation, which is installed on a chemical dissipation position, has such constitution that a rotating drum 2 is slantingly arranged and the blade edge 4a of a rubber blade 4 is pushed against the circular outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotating drum 2. When the chemical is dropped from above on the top part of a line contact position 10 between the circular outer peripheral surface 2a and the blade edge 4a, the chemical is linearly spread along the blade edge 4a by the actions of capillary force and the force of gravity. Then, when the rotating drum 2 is rotated around a central axis, the chemical spread linearly along the blade edge 4a is spread in a plane state along the circular outer peripheral surface 2a and the chemical spread in a plane state along the circular outer peripheral surface 2a is rapidly transpired to air.
