The invention relates to a device for continuous drying of a pulp web, particularly a tissue web, with a drying drum 1 and an air circulating syste m, where the drying drum 1 has a cylindrical shell 9 designed as a honeycombed body. It is characterised by the honeycombed cylinder shell 9 of the drying drum 1 having an annular, flexible transition profile 13 at the edges.
