FIELD: food-processing industry and food-concentrates industry, in particular, equipment for thermal processing of bulk cereal products. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has transportation mechanism, hopper-accumulator with dosing device, heating device and lateral baffles. Heating device is made in the form of linear or flat emitters arranged lengthwise of conveyor and perpendicular to transportation path. Vertical baffles are positioned in equally spaced relation at site adjoining emitters, lengthwise of transportation path, with said space being at least 0.5 the height of emitter above conveyor surface. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of ready product. ^ 4 dwg |
