A polymer foam having a specific gravity of 0.05 to 0.5 and containing plural cells defined by cell walls constituting a polymer matrix, characterized in that the polymer matrix comprises 5 to 100 parts by weight of a hydrogenated copolymer (A) obtained by hydrogenating a non- hydrogenated copolymer containing at least one copolymer block S composed of vinyl aromatic monomer units and conjugated diene monomer units and 95 to 0 parts by weight of at least one polymer (B) selected from the group consisting of olefin polymers and rubbery polymers and that in the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum of the hydrogenated copolymer (A), at least one loss tangent (tan delta) peak is present within the range of - 40°C to lower than -10°C.
