<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for casting and constructing monolithic refractory to obtain a tight and highly anticorrosive constructed body while improving casting and constructing working efficiency with sufficient and uniform mixture during relatively short time kneading. <P>SOLUTION: Slurry is prepared which contains mainly fine fire resistant material and dispersing agent mixed with the amount of kneading water for a whole monolithic refractory and has viscosity adjusted to be 12.5-30 Pas in measurement at 25°C and 3 r.p.m. In construction, mainly coarse dire resistant material, binder and fire resistant coarse particles of particular size 9.5-45 mm and 5-30 mass% (an outer rate to the whole fire resistant material) are kneaded and cast together with the slurry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
