PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening part structure easily adjusting the shape of a brush into a fan shape while preventing the dripping of liquid near the opening part of a case by wiping the cosmetic stuck to the brush in the cosmetic case having a brush cap and storing the cosmetic with relatively high viscosity such as nail polish. SOLUTION: This cosmetic case 10 is provided with a case body 20 storing the liquid cosmetic 50, the cap 30 to be mounted to the opening part 21 of the case body 20, a shaft part 31 projectingly formed from the cap 30 and, when mounted to the opening part 21 of the cap 30, stored in the case body 20, the brush part 32 provided at the tip of the shaft part 31 and, when the shaft part 31 is stored in the case body 20, dipped in the cosmetic 50, and a partition member 42, when the cap 30 is mounted to the opening part 21, partitioning the opening part 21 at a position avoiding the shaft part 31.
