PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple control system for delivery of a pump which is applicable without using an expensive flowmeter to wastewater treatment, a small-capacity pumping system, and applicable even in the case that a system curve comprising a total pump head and a loss of head in the pipe line is unavailable. SOLUTION: Pressure transducers 2, 3 are installed in a suction-side pipe 4 and a delivery-side pipe 5 respectively of a land pump 1. Detection signals of the pressure transducers 2, 3 are entered in a control system 20 for a driving motor 11 comprising a computing unit 21, a variable velocity control device 22, a storage 23, a control power-supply 24, input and output devices 25, 26 so as to control the driving motor 11 by the variable velocity control device 22. The variable velocity control device 22 and the control power-supply 24 are connected through a wiring breaker 13 to a main power-supply 12. Through an input keyboard 14, control parameters necessary for the control are entered in the computing unit 21, and an output of the computing unit 21 is produced on an output display 15 and an output printer 16.
