PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat locking device capable of preventing a locking member from being unexpectedly unlocked even when any external force is applied to a cable, and keeping the fixed direction of the cable even when a base member is stored and turned to a seat side. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat locking device capable of locking a storage type seat to a vehicle body side in a service mode and unlocking the seat in a storage mode comprises a base member 22 which is rotatably mounted on the seat side and rotated in a storing manner on the seat side when the seat is stored, a locking member (a latch 24, a pole 28, etc.) which is provided on the base member 22 so as to be locked/unlocked to/from the vehicle body side, a cable 40 to transfer the operating force to unlock the locking member, and a cable holding member 34 to connect an outer tube 41 of the cable 40 to the base member 22.
