PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof decorative sheet having gas barrier properties by which the warp prevention is attained inexpensively and easily and the diffusion of residual volatile ingredients from the base material of a decorative board can be prevented, and to provide a decorative board and fittings. SOLUTION: The moisture-proof decorative sheet is obtained by laminating a vapor deposition layer consisting of an inorganic compound as the first layer and a gas barring coating film (mentioned below) as the second layer on the back side of a coated paper consisting of a reinforced paper which has a printed pattern layer and a protective resin layer successively provided on the front side. The above gas barring coating film is formed by coating a coating agent consisting of, as the main agents, a water-soluble polymer and an aqueous solution or water/alcohol mixed solution containing at least any one of (a) one or more alkoxides or/and hydrolysates thereof or (b) tin chloride, and by drying with heat.
