<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce quantity of labor on a facilities side by solving the problems that a pipe in hot spring facilities or the like is highly decrepit, many problems relating to a construction method are found in an existing pipe according to a feasibility study, e.g., a section having an insufficient strength due to an inappropriate connection method of piping is found, and therefore, a high pressure hose has to be transported to an air-injection port of the pipe as a cleaning object in order to reduce construction cost of a circulation pipe cleaning apparatus, . <P>SOLUTION: According to the degree of decrepitude of a pipe line, part of the pipe is replaced and reinforced.
