AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control system for a building for controlling a temperature difference between a feed side cold water and a return side cold water in a heat exchanger to be kept adequate while conditioning air to cool an air conditioned space. SOLUTION: When the air conditioned space is in a high load condition at starting the air conditioning control system, an electric two-way valve 60 controls the flow amount of cold water in the heat exchanger 30 not to exceed the maximum flow amount value. Then, the opening of a valve body 60a of the electric two-way valve is controlled so that a temperature difference between the feed side cold water into the heat exchanger and the return side cold water from the heat exchanger is kept adequate while controlling air to be conditioned comfortable in a room F. After a low load condition, the opening of the valve body of the electric two-way valve is controlled so that an actual temperature in the air conditioned space is kept to be a set temperature.
