PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DSRC timing synchronizing system preventing a communication fault such as radio interference between DSRC systems different in management parent. SOLUTION: A local management device 1 comprises: a GPS receiver antenna 4 for acquiring reference timing information, and a server device 2 including: a time slot allocation section 14 for time-dividing a main channel used for initial connection of road side equipment of each DSRC control device and on-vehicle equipment and allocating a time slot to each DSRC control device via a network; and a channel allocation section 15 for setting a second channel frequency to each DSRC control device via the network so that a main communication operation via a second channel between the road side equipment and the on-vehicle equipment does not interfere between the DSRC control devices. A narrowcast communication timing synchronizing system is configured by connecting the local management devices to the plurality of DSRC control devices having different management parents via the Internet.
