PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board improved in aperture accuracy/location accuracy and excellent mechanical characteristic. SOLUTION: In the printed circuit board, an insulating layer (20) is covered to protect a circuit pattern (1). The insulating layer (20) is formed of a plurality of resin materials, a first resin covering part (3) formed of a resin material having excellent mechanical characteristic, and a second resin covering part (4) formed by coating of a photosensitive resin material.
