PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an applicator into one having elasticity to cosmetic containing high proportions of oil and fibers and highly pressed cosmetic and giving a favorable sense of use. SOLUTION: The applicator for use in this cosmetic case 1 which consists of a cylindrical body 4 storing an inner case 3 filled with the cosmetic 2 and having and elastic body 10 energizing the inner case 3 to an opening end, and a lid body 7 provided with a holder 43 having the applicator 5 regularly press-contacted with the cosmetic 2 and detachably attached to the body 4.
