PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten delay time required for converting a plurality of videos that have been imaged for displaying, and to reduce memory capacity of an input buffer. SOLUTION: Input buffers 13A and 13B are provided to cameras 2A and 2B. Field input buffers 13A and 13B comprise an input side and an output side. An output buffer 15 comprises an input side and an output side for storing field video that has been converted. The video converter comprises a pattern memory 14 in which the correspondence is described between the address of output side of input buffers 13A-2 and 13B-2 and the address of input side of an output buffer 15A. A CPU12 reads each of field video data stored in the output side of the input buffers 13 and writes it in the input side of the output buffer 15 in unit of single field, according to the correspondence described in the pattern memory 14 when storing of field video is completed in the output side of the input buffers 13.
