PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image photographing system which informs an operator of the occurrence of a fault without interrupting operation even in the middle of urgent operation in an medical instrument, and which displays the content of the fault and a solving procedure for solving the fault. SOLUTION: The medical image photographic system is provided with: a server 40 which coordinates and stores an error code outputted in occurrence of the fault in a plurality of apparatuses to be supported, fault information and fault solving procedure information and detects the occurrence of the fault based on the error code outputted from an apparatus 10a to be supported; and a medical terminal 50a which requests fault occurrence information to the server to display an indicator based on the fault occurrence information, request the fault information to the server to display the content of the fault based on the fault information, and requires the fault solving procedure information to the server to display the procedure for solving the fault based on the fault solving procedure information.
