PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive equipped with a turntable capable of cooling an inside of the drive at a low cost. SOLUTION: This disk drive is equipped with: an air intake hole 13 formed by penetrating a surface and rear face of the turntable 10; an air eject groove 14 which is formed on the surface of the turntable 10 and one end is consecutive to the air intake hole 13 and another end is opened to face around the turntable 10; and a guide wall 15 having an opening part 15a formed around the air intake hole 13 on the rear face of the turntable 10. When the turntable 10 is rotated, the air is guided by the guide wall 15 of the rear face and brought to flow in from the air intake hole 13 and ejected passing through the air eject groove 14, thereby a convection is generated in the air in the drive, and the inside of the drive can be cooled.
